I make lists of fruits, veggies, "snacks", and mains (aka protein rich) and then use a rotation. I think variety and exposure to different foods is so important and this helps when we get into a rut. 

My number one tip for successful meal planning is to make a meal plan you are excited about! Your meals can be simple or elaborate - it doesn’t matter - you just have to have a plan for each night so you can save that brain space for things that are far more important that worrying about dinner everyday!

Feeding yourself is one thing, but when you add in little humans who depend on you for everything, it becomes a new job in itself!  Meal planning is so important...

It's that week between Christmas and NYE that I am so thankful I have off to reset and prepare for another great year! We organize and play and relax and it's just the best.

I've been working through the rooms in my house and now it's time for the kitchen! I do all of these things pretty often in phases, but it's especially nice to do them all at once. :) 

This super easy fall fruit salad is a great addition to your holiday brunch spread. It only takes about 5 minutes to put together and like all fruit salads, it tastes so much better a few hours later once the flavors have had a chance to mix together. Enjoy!

Here are my recommendations for the best food at all 4 Disney parks. We were traveling as a group of 6 with 2 littles, so that factored into all my decisions. Although dining reservations open up 60 days in advance, you can still eat great if you are planning last minute!

Staples are ingredients you want in your kitchen at all times! I break mine into three categories: pantry, refrigerator, and freezer! I share my list and how I replenish them as soon as they are out so I always have what I need. This method keeps my weekly grocery trips small and efficient!
