Banana Oatmeal Pancakes

This is the easiest breakfast and definitely a favorite in our house! Charlotte and Maxwell both request this at least once a week. 

Ingredients:

3 eggs

1/2 cup oats 

2 bananas 

Cinnamon 

Instructions:

Mash the bananas and then add oats, eggs, and cinnamon. Mix until combined and cook on a griddle.

We love to eat ours plain or dip in yogurt.
